TF Dry
Attribute Description Synthetic Dry Lubricant: Bardahl TF Dry is a synthetic, highly concentrated dry lubricant on a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) basis with exceptional high-pressure properties, suitable for various materials. It forms a very thin, non-oily lubricating film that penetrates into the tightest places and provides long-lasting, high lubricating power. Chemical Lubricant: Contains a blend of ingredients with exceptional high pressure properties and an absorbed molecular film that adheres to metal surfaces. After drying, a white Teflon film remains, which is antistatic and offers excellent resistance to water, electricity, acids, bases, and solvents. Applications: Suitable for all surfaces with very small clearances that require clean and effective lubrication, including printing machines, chains (with and without O-rings), hinges, and locks. Thermally stable up to 300°C and insoluble in non-fluorinated solvents. Benefits: Provides long-lasting, high lubricating power, is completely insensitive to water and electricity, has excellent resistance to high static and dynamic loads, provides effective protection against corrosion, and does not attract dirt or dust. Analysis Data: Base: PTFE dispersion, polymers in alcohol solvents; Color: White / transparent; Odor: Alcohol; Optimal use temperature: -80 to 260°C; Max. temperature: 300°C; Solvent: Propane/Butane; NSF Approval Registration Number 139796 H2.
