Bardahl can be found all over the world in all types of motorized sports. In the early 50's and 60's Bardahl was active in powerboat racing with Miss Bardahl. Bardahl changed history many times in the many years they were active. At that time, and even now, people 'flew' over the water at extremely high speeds. In addition, there was also racing on circuits during this period, such as at Indianapolis. They participated in the Indy 500 for many years. Bardahl had a number of his own racing cars for a while and later Bardahl sponsored many racing teams.

The Bardahl Ferrari Experimental also dates from that period. This Ferrari is on display at the Saratoga Spa Auto Museum, Saratoga Springs, New York. The Bardahl Ferrari Experimental is still a special car and is regularly shown at various events, such as in 2001 at a Ferrari competition in the USA.

The practical test is still the place to test products. We thought so then and we still think so. Racing with products that are also for sale to consumers and prove ourselves time and time again. Proof that Bardahl lubricants continue to lubricate, no matter what extreme sport. At the end of the 1990s, Bardahl returned to Indianapolis again with Christian Fittipaldi, while Bardahl participated with a Bowler in the Dakar rally for several years from 2005 onwards.

In the 2016 racing season, Bardahl is Official Sponsor of Sebastien Loeb. Sebastian Loeb is the world's most successful rally driver and owns numerous records that will still stand for a long time.

This year he will participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Sebastien Loeb Racing (SLR) helps us to strengthen our position of the Bardahl brand and will contribute to further developing our image.

In 2019, Sebastien Loeb will participate in the Dakar Rally. He will race with co-driver Daniel Elena in a private team with the 2017 Peugeot 3008DKR.
