Attribute Description Specially Developed Coating: Bardahl Body Coating is a high-quality coating based on synthetic resins and rubbers, designed for stone chip protection of body parts such as spoilers, door sills and sides. Quick-drying and Elastic: This fast-drying formula forms a closed, elastic film that provides excellent protection against rust and stone chips, with a recommended layer thickness of approximately 1mm. Excellent Adhesion: Provides excellent adhesion and can be repainted with any type of paint system without the risk of bleeding through, compatible with synthetic resin paints as well as 2K and nitro paints. Tixotropic Properties: The thixotropic properties ensure that the product can be applied without dripping, which guarantees a neat and efficient application. Packaging and Handling: Packed in 1 liter screw-on bottles, available in white, gray and black. The optimal working pressure for application is 3-5 bar. Analysis and Test Data: Density at 20°C is 1.04 kg/l, viscosity 8000 +/- 2000 cP. The coating has a solids content of 44-47% and has been tested in a salt spray test for 200 hours. Instructions for use:Shake the can well before use. Apply at room temperature on clean and dry surfaces. Cover areas not to be treated. Can be diluted with white spirit. Pressure: 3-8 bar. Clean the spray gun carefully after use. There is a chance that the bus will explode due to clogged nozzles.

Temperature resistance: Excellent temperature resistance allows the bonnet and boot lid to be treated, operating from -30º C to 75º C, with a peak temperature of 85º C. Processing information: Available in 1 liter universal screw-on bottles and in packages of 500 ml and 5 liters for use with normal spray guns and ML spray guns. Easy Removal: Can be easily removed with White Spirit, adding to ease of use. Analysis and Test Data: Solids content of 49-54%, density at 20°C is 0.84 kg/l. Excellent results in salt spray tests up to 1000 hours with a rating of Ri 1. Available Packaging: Available in 500 ml, 1 liter and 5 liter packages, suitable for various applications. Instructions for useRemoves rust and dirt from the parts to be treated. Cover the surface not to be sprayed with paper. Shake the can well before use. Spray at room temperature from a distance of 30-40 cm. Spray in thin layers. The injection is done with a special gun through existing openings or drilled holes. Drill holes can be closed with plastic caps. Use 1 to 3 liters depending on the vehicle type.
